Went to the gym yesterday havnt been to a Sunday class before it was good I did spin again, iv got 3 classes tonight, spin, fit and spin again I’m getting addicted to spin at the moment lol I love the burn on the legs and I still feel good in my super pants haha… I have some other classes booked too for the rest of the week some more spin and a bums legs and tums class, also a pump class my first one back in months I can’t wait iv missed the weights. I did some last week a few sets of 10 but the pump will motivate me to do more 💪🏼☺️.
My diet hasn’t been the best but I’m not eating loads so I might try and weigh in tonight at the gym havnt done it for a while I’m eating like 3 meals a day but been eating a lot of crumpets 🙊 need some veg and salad but my mood hasn’t been very high lately, feeling a bit blue 😔. But I’ll be fine I always bounce back.
If the weather picks up over the next few days might go for some more jogs around my park but it keeps raining and dampens the mood and motivation.
