Classes 

helloooo…

Went to the gym yesterday havnt been to a Sunday class before it was good I did spin again, iv got 3 classes tonight, spin, fit and spin again I’m getting addicted to spin at the moment lol I love the burn on the legs and I still feel  good in my super pants haha… I have some other classes booked too for the rest of the week some more spin and a bums legs and tums class, also a pump class my first one back in months I can’t wait iv missed the weights. I did some last week a few sets of 10 but the pump will motivate me to do more 💪🏼☺️.

My diet hasn’t been the best but I’m not eating loads so I might try and weigh in tonight at the gym havnt done it for a while I’m eating like 3 meals a day but been eating a lot of crumpets 🙊 need some veg and salad but my mood hasn’t been very high lately, feeling a bit blue 😔. But I’ll be fine I always bounce back. 

If the weather picks up over the next few days might go for some more jogs around my park but it keeps raining and dampens the mood and motivation.

Hello… 

Doing good this week been to the gym 3 days in a row , I want to go tomorrow but I don’t think I can as I have a hospital appointment, but will be going friday.

I ache so much I have done a lot of leg work and lots of squats in the classes I have done , I did intervals yesterday which was cross trainer and a squat work out and  before that I did a weights circuit with squats and lifting weights , I did : 

  • 10 on each arm dumbbell curls x 2

Got a weighted bar 10kg and did:

  • 10 upright rows
  • 10 deadlift 
  • 10 downright row
  • 10 weighted squats
  • X 3

I did all of that 3 times.

After my class I went on the treadmill for 20 minutes and jogged for 15.

Today I did a pump class, and a bums legs and tums class.

My next weigh in is on Friday the 6th. Excited for that as I have been trying hard this week and today I drank about 8 pints of water.

Hello, sorry for the no show of a blog post yesterday I was busy with my children, and on the night where I usually write my blog I watched a film “let’s kill wards wife” was a good film 😀. Then I watched “game of thrones” I’m on the second episode and will be watching the third tonight ✌️.

Starting back at the gym on Monday, cannot wait to do that Iv been drained this week. Motivation is what I need and I will be writing my blog next week and have all the things I did at the gym to write about.

Next week also I will be doing some recipes with pictures, ingredients and a method of how to cook.

Tomorrow will be a weigh in for me I will update tomorrow with the results but personally I think I have gained but we will see.

Fitness-my journey part 2

Thank you for reading my very first blog, I hope that you enjoyed it and will read this one, feel free to leave a comment and any advice on my blog writing skills as I’m new ☺️.

Since my last post my eating has been a bit up and down, breakfast and lunch has been ok managing to stay healthy but dinner time has been hard I have been eating takeaway food for dinner or tea and I have not been to the gym, the cold weather outside is putting me off a bit I know I shouldn’t have no excuses but I have made a promis to my self to start again from Monday.

My eating will get better over the next few days I just have to resist temptation as I am craving chocolate at the minute 🙈.

I had for breakfast yesterday: strawberry weetabix.

And today I had: porridge.

For lunch yesterday: takeaway chips and bread (my bad).

Today: peanut butter sandwich, grapes, and a single mcdonalds cheese burger.

Dinner I had: takeaway burger and fries.

Today: small bollonaise portion.

I haven’t drank as much water as I need to either because I now have a sensitive tooth 🙊 (not having much luck).

Walking has been a big thing over the past few days I walk about 5-10 miles per day in my daily activities of doing a school run (twice different schools) so that is a Positive  👍✔️. 

I had feedback on my blog yesterday (thank you) and she asked about measurements and photos (before and after).

I don’t have a photo of me before I lost nearly 3 stone because I lost it as I changed phone, but I will be taking photos I will post them on my next blog 😊.

Measurements, two years ago from what I could remember they was (can’t remember my breast measurements)

  • Waist (below breasts) 35″
  • Stomach/hips (below belly button) 44″
  • Thighs 25″
  • Arms (bicep part) 12″

And now they are:

  • Waist 30″
  • Stomach/hips 37″
  • Thighs 22″
  • Arms 11″

So they are my measurements as of now I will do them again in 4 weeks time.

My next blog as I said in Monday’s blog will have my current weight in on Friday.

Fitness-my journey 

In the past two years I have lost nearly 3 stone (42lb) in weight, I am not at my goal yet I need to lose one more stone (14lb).

As it was Christmas i induldged a bit as most people do at christmas ‭ but luckily I only put on 3lb, In the last few weeks I have struggled to get back into a diet of healthy eating, which unfortunately led to another 3lb gain, now I need to lose 17lb to get to my target.

Writing this blog may give me motivation to do just that.

My diet consist of:

  • Breakfast: porridge oats or weetabix.
  • Mid-morning snack: half and half or wholemeal toast sometimes with peanut butter on.
  • Lunch: ham salad wrap, egg based lunch a ham salad on bread with maybe light crisps and fruit (my lunch varies)
  • Mid-afternoon: fruit or a light chocolate bar (weight watchers) 
  • Dinner: various meats , vegetables, potatoes, pasta, etc I have the odd pizza or processed meals but try to eat fresh.
  • Snack/fluids: fruit, low calorie crisps and chocolate , water allways water never juice or fizzy, or maybe left over dinner, cup of tea and coffee now and again.

I recently weighed myself last week and my weight was 10st 3lb (143lb) my goal is 9st 0lb (126lb), I am 5ft 5in also. My next weigh in is on Friday the 13th of February 2015 (unlucky I know lol but might b lucky for me) fingers crossed for a loss.

My fitness gym routine consists of:

Classes:

  • Cycle/spin
  • Pump
  • Circuits
  • Intensity 
  • Legs bums and tums
  • Step

I use a variety or equipment including:

  • Bike
  • Treadmill
  • Cross trainer
  • Stepper
  • Rower
  • Weights 1.5kg 2.5kg 5kg 10kg
  • Chest press 
  • Lat pull down
  • Dumbbells 

And a few more machines that I use but to be honest I don’t know the names but I do know how to use them 😊.

I try to go to the gym every day apart from Sunday’s but I am getting into a routine of only going Monday to Wednesday so I need to start going Monday to Saturday, was ment to have gone today but I do have a hernia and it is giving me a bit of trouble but I will be going tomorrow I have a fast intervals class which is cardio based, I have legs bums and tums class and a pump class on Wednesday I also do half an hour or so of cardio – treadmill, cross trainer, rower and stepper to burn a few calories and build my strength in between or before classes.
