I went back to the gym tonight and it was nice I did good,
Gym:
Warm up : treadmill 5 mins jog
1. Set: treadmill steady walk-incline 5 mins
(7) speed, reduce incline + jog 3 mins
Sprint 1 min
Walk 1 min
Sprint 1 min
Walk 1 min
Jog 3 mins.
Cool down: treadmill 5 mins slow walk
Stretch ✌🏼️
I did two classes also spin and pure fit, they was both good I enjoyed them 😀
Diet:
My diet has been pretty shit today I have been snacking.
But having lamb and healthy chips tonight with cabbage.
Routine:
I am still taking the raspberry ketones but only been taking one a day need to take two again.
I am trying to drink a lot more water but hard I keep drinking energy drinks and not the sugar free ones. 🙈
I will do my measurements in the morning I recon so I Will post a blog then.
I am going to the gym again tomorrow I want to do some weights again it’s been about 8 weeks now since my operation so should be ok now lol.
I weighed myself at the gym too and I have put on 2lb so will need to change that for next time ☺️
