Measurements 

Last month:

* Leg – 21″ 1″ loss

* Waist – 29.5″ 1″ gain

* Hips – 37″ 1″ gain

* Breast – 32″ 1″ loss

* Arm – 10″ same

* Bum – 36 1″ loss
This month:

Leg – 21.5″ half gain

Waist – 28″ 1 and a half loss

Hips – 36″ 1 loss

Breast – 32.5″ half gain

Arm – 10″ same

Bum – 35.5″ half loss
These are this months measurement not much difference but still some progress 😁😁☺️✌🏼️ 

Back to the gym

hey,

I went back to the gym tonight and it was nice I did good,

Gym:

Warm up : treadmill 5 mins jog

1. Set: treadmill steady walk-incline 5 mins

(7) speed, reduce incline + jog 3 mins

Sprint 1 min

Walk 1 min

Sprint 1 min

Walk 1 min

Jog 3 mins.

Cool down: treadmill 5 mins slow walk

Stretch ✌🏼️
I did two classes also spin and pure fit, they was both good I enjoyed them 😀

Diet

My diet has been pretty shit today I have been snacking.

But having lamb and healthy chips tonight with cabbage.

Routine:

I am still taking the raspberry ketones but only been taking one a day need to take two again.

I am trying to drink a lot more water but hard I keep drinking energy drinks and not the sugar free ones. 🙈

I will do my measurements in the morning I recon so I Will post a blog then.

I am going to the gym again tomorrow I want to do some weights again it’s been about 8 weeks now since my operation so should be ok now lol.

I weighed myself at the gym too and I have put on 2lb so will need to change that for next time ☺️

Update on me.

Hey,

I did post a blog yesterday but a friend told me I already did it lol was a bolonaise recipe so I deleted it no point putting the same blog up lol.
I do keep measuring now and again and I have lost another half but will do a whole list next week.

Iv decided I am not going back to slimming world plus I don’t have the money to lol,  as my bank is annoying and took it out.  😑.

I will be going back to the gym next Monday and do a light work out blog at some point. 

My eating is doing OK I’m snacking a little bit but trying to stay healthy.

Feeling healthy taking the raspberry ketones,  don’t know if it’s all in the mind like placebo effect lol, but I have more energy.

Food diary:

Breakfast:  muller light cappuccino yogurt and a banana. (syn free)
Lunch:  2 400g wholemeal toast with quark spread,  beans and sausages (syn free).
Dinner: vegetable pasta bake and chicken chunks. (syn free)
Syns: wine and lemonade 3 glasses,  dash of milk in coffee.
Snacks in between: banana,  orange. Water.

Last month:
* Hips/belly- 36″ inch loss
* Waist- 28.5″
* Bum- 37″ 
* Leg- 22″
* Breasts- 33″ 0.5 gain
* Arm- 10″ tensed 11″ inch loss

This month:
* Leg – 21″ 1″ loss
* Waist – 29.5″ 1″ gain
* Hips – 37″ 1″ gain

Weight loss-measurements

Thought I would do a morning blog post it’s 9.47 here in the UK.

So I did my measurements and compared them to last month.

Last month: Hips/belly- 37″
                      Waist- 28.5″
                      Bum- 37″
                      Leg- 22″
                      Breasts- 33″
                      Arm- 11″ tensed 12″

This month: Hips/belly- 36″ inch loss
                      Waist- 28.5″
                      Bum- 37″
                      Leg- 22″
                      Breasts- 33″ 0.5 gain
                      Arm- 10″ tensed 11″ inch loss

Im happy with that 😁.

I will blog again on Friday and the weekend with a update of the gym and a recipe.  A slimming world chicken curry or slimming world burgers.  Comment if you would prefer one ☺
